Prices
All prices listed on this website are shown in Euros (EUR) and are net prices, excluding customs duties, import/export taxes, VAT, or any other government-imposed charges. DF BALTIC, UAB reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to manufacturer price changes or currency fluctuations.

Accepted Currencies
The only accepted payment currency is EUR – Euro.

Webshop
When placing orders through our webshop, all prices are displayed in EUR. The prices shown at the time of ordering are valid unless otherwise specified.

Substitutes
In cases where certain items are temporarily out of stock or discontinued, we may provide reasonable substitutes unless you indicate otherwise when submitting your order.

Country of Origin
Due to frequent changes in global production, we cannot guarantee a specific country of origin for each product. However, all products are manufactured under the supervision of the brand owners and meet their quality assurance standards.

Product Liability
DF BALTIC, UAB accepts limited liability for a maximum of 6 months from the invoice date in cases of personal injury or property damage directly caused by our merchandise, provided that such damage is proven to be due to gross negligence on our part. The liability is limited to the value of the invoiced product. Indirect losses, including loss of profit, are not covered.

Guarantee
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of invoice on all products purchased from us. This warranty covers material or manufacturing defects, regardless of the manufacturer’s own guarantee. Your invoice serves as your warranty certificate. Indirect costs, such as transportation or installation expenses, are not covered.

Insurance
All shipments arranged by DF BALTIC, UAB are insured in full. Insurance coverage expires 3 days after the goods arrive at the delivery location. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect deliveries promptly and report any damage or discrepancies within this period.
