Delivery
Deliveries are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and international shipping standards. Customs clearance, taxes, and any import restrictions are the full responsibility of the customer. DF BALTIC, UAB is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events such as strikes, war, or government restrictions.

Door-to-Door Delivery
We offer door-to-door delivery service. Orders are delivered to the designated address, typically to the main entrance of the diplomatic mission. This service may be included in the shipping cost or invoiced separately depending on destination and order size.

Packing and Handling
All products are packed securely according to the mode of transport. Export packing and handling fees are charged at actual cost or as stated in our transport terms. Special packing requests should be communicated in advance.
